​There are few teams that have been as consistent over the 2020’s as the Philadelphia Eagles, and few coaches that have looked good in their first few seasons on the job as Nick Sirianni.Last year, the Eagles won the NFC East for the third time in Sirianni’s five-year tenure and won 11 games – but they were also eliminated in the Wild Card Round, and that’s not quite up to standards for a team that has made two Super Bowl appearances and captured one ring since 2021. So what is the ceiling (and the floor) for the Eagles entering 2026?Ceiling: 12-5There’s still quite a bit of talent on this roster, and Sirianni has proven he is an elite NFL coach. This team has consistently won double-digit games under his leadership, and the worst record they’ve posted over the past four years is an 11-win season. There’s no reason to believe this team isn’t capable of continuing to stand tall at the top of the NFC North and continuing their streak of postseason appearances.Floor: 9-8There’s no proof yet that Sirianni’s floor as a coach is anything below a winning season, so we’re setting this at nine wins. But they are on their fifth offensive coordinator in as many seasons after Kevin Patullo was fired after a lackluster performance in the role, and the team loses A.J. Brown at receiver, who posted four straight 1,000-yard receiving seasons for the Eagles.
