​Another week of high school football has come and gone in the MetroWest and Greater Milford areas.Among the local Week 2 action, Hudson beat Westborough 26-14 to extend the Hawks’ home winning streak to 22 while Franklin defended its home turf with a 31-14 win over Brockton, Algonquin scored a 30-0 shutout win against Marlborough and Natick was bested 35-22 by Milton in a Bay State Conference crossover clash.The Daily News High School Football Player of the Week for Week 1 is Holliston’s Paul McGrath, receiving 55.6% of the vote. Bellingham’s Anthony Barrasso came in second with 37.2% while Dover-Sherborn’s Teddy Oleyer received 4.1% to finish third.Now its time to cast your vote for the Daily News High School Football Player of the Week for Week 2, with polls open through noon on Sunday, Sept. 27.
