​With the return of three of the top seven volleyball players from last fall, there will be some familiar and new faces leading the way for SouthCoast teams in 2026. Five of SouthCoast’s nine girls volleyball teams — Dartmouth, Fairhaven, GNB Voc-Tech, Old Rochester and Wareham — qualified for the MIAA playoffs a year ago. Below are the names of 31 local volleyball players we expect to have an impact for their respective teams this fall.  Cast your vote for the 2026 Standard-Times Preseason Fall Volleyball Player of the Year.
