The Baltimore Ravens have ruled out three players for Sunday’s matchup against Tennessee, while three others will carry questionable designations into the weekend.Centers Jovaughn Gwyn and Ethan Pocic will not play because of ankle and knee injuries, respectively. Outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson is also out after undergoing a procedure to repair his injured finger.Their absences guarantee changes in two critical areas. Rookie first-round pick Vega Ioane is preparing to make his first start at center after starting the season at guard. Baltimore must also replace Hendrickson’s pass-rush snaps against rookie quarterback Cam Ward. Wide receivers Zay Flowers and Chris Moore are questionable with hamstring and ankle injuries. Left tackle Ronnie Stanley is questionable with a toe injury after being limited Wednesday and Thursday before sitting out Friday’s practice.Flowers practiced Thursday fully but was listed as limited Friday. Moore was limited throughout the week. Their availability could shape the receiver rotation behind Rashod Bateman and determine how heavily Baltimore leans on its tight ends. The Ravens received positive news on several other starters. Lamar Jackson, Marlon Humphrey, John Simpson and Durham Smythe practiced fully on Thursday and Friday and carry no game designation. Mark Andrews was a full participant all week despite his hand injury, while Calais Campbell returned to full participation after Wednesday off to rest. Tennessee listed running back Tyjae Spears and safety Kevin Winston Jr. as questionable. Tony Pollard and John Franklin-Myers practiced fully on Friday and have no game designation.
