​London City Lionesses have announced the signing of German international Nicole Anyomi on a four-year contract, bringing the prolific striker to the club after her five-season stint with Eintracht Frankfurt, following her time with SGS Essen. The 26-year-old expressed his excitement about the move, saying, “I’m delighted to be joining this club. I always wanted to play abroad, and the offer from this club with their project means the world.” She added that she has heard a lot about the project and believes she can take the next step. In 2022-23, Anyomi appeared in 32 matches across all competitions for Eintracht Frankfurt, tallying 21 goals and eight assists, as she makes the switch to the WSL.
