Havill’s senior season crowned him the 2026 Banterra Bank Outstanding Male SIAC Athlete of the Year. He led Memorial with 26 goals and shared the team’s top assist tally with eight, a testament to his well-rounded contribution on the field. His performances also earned recognition beyond the school level, as he became a finalist for the Indiana Gatorade Player of the Year award. While the final chapter of his high school season did not unfold exactly as hoped, Havill looks back on his time with pride and gratitude, confident that his efforts helped strengthen the Tigers’ program. “Being named the top athlete and having the opportunity to represent my school and soccer program reflects what Memorial stands for,” Havill said. “The community here is excellent for development, and I’m incredibly grateful for the four years I’ve spent in this environment.” Like every year, Memorial’s roster evolved, but the 2022–23 season followed a notable arc: the Tigers had just secured a Class 2A state title, setting a high bar for the team’s expectations and performances.
