​Four-star linebacker Roman Igwebuike is set to announce his college commitment decision this Saturday, weighing options from Tennessee, Notre Dame, Missouri, Clemson, and Indiana, according to 247Sports. The 6-foot-3, 220-pound prospect hails from Mount Carmel High School in Chicago, Illinois. In the 247Sports composite, he is ranked as the No. 12 outside linebacker in the class and the No. 8 overall player in Illinois.
Tennessee extended a scholarship offer to Igwebuike on March 13, 2025, and he paid an official visit to the Vols on June 19. Illinois was the first program to offer Igwebuike a scholarship, doing so on January 10, 2025.
