A new era is dawning at EchoPark Speedway as the track’s premier summer NASCAR Cup Series race will carry a fresh name starting in 2027. After many seasons under the Quaker State banner, the event will be rebranded as the Dollar Tree 400, signaling the start of a new title sponsorship for one of NASCAR’s standout summer races. The Quaker State 400 has long been a fixture in the sport, first taking the stage in 2011. Kentucky Speedway hosted the race under that name from 2011 through 2020, after which it carried the branding at Atlanta Motor Speedway in 2021.
Here are the winners from each year of the Quaker State 400:
– 2011: Kyle Busch
– 2012: Brad Keselowski
– 2013: Matt Kenseth
– 2014: Brad Keselowski
– 2015: Kyle Busch
– 2016: Brad Keselowski
– 2017: Martin Truex Jr.
– 2018: Martin Truex Jr.
– 2019: Kurt Busch
– 2020: Cole Custer
– 2021: Kurt Busch
– 2022: Chase Elliott
– 2023: William Byron
– 2024: Joey Logano
– 2025: Chase Elliott
– 2026: Ryan Blaney
Even though the race title is changing, the core event is expected to remain much the same. The 400-mile NASCAR Cup Series contest will continue to take place under the lights at EchoPark Speedway, where the track’s 28-degree banking and the superspeedway rules package have consistently produced tight, three-wide racing, near-heroic finishes, and photo finishes. Fans can anticipate the same electric atmosphere, strategic pit decisions, and dramatic late-race moments that have defined this race for years, now under a new branding that signals the next chapter for one of NASCAR’s most anticipated summer events.
