​We asked for your views on which players you’re most excited to see in action during pre-season. Here are some of your comments.
Warren: I want to see more of Nehemiah Oriola in the first-team squad—this could be the season he graduates from the under-23s. I’m hoping that Luka Vuskovic joins the remodeled defense as reported, and that Stef Tzimas is fit enough to pick up where he left off last season, just beginning to show his attacking potential.
Jack: I’m excited to see Pascal Struijk in action. Hopefully he can play well and score a debut goal.
Hugh: I’ll be pleased to see many of the existing squad, hopefully including Kaoru Mitoma if he’s fit. I’m also excited to see Yankuba Minteh—he looks so electric on TV, and I’m hoping he’s still our player. Honestly, I hope they rotate a different team in each half so I get to see as many players as I can.
Jack: I’m really excited to see the young signing from Stockholm and Struijk. We can get our revenge on Roma for the Europa League meeting.
