AUBURN — Whether attending in person or in spirit, be prepared for a late night when Auburn basketball kicks off its time in the Players Era against West Virginia on November 17.The Players Era announced tipoff times Monday, July 13, with the Tigers facing the Mountaineers in the late game on Day 1 of the Players Era 8, tipping off at 11 p.m. CT at Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas.AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementIt’ll be Auburn’s second-consecutive season taking part in the Players Era, having beaten Oregon and St. John’s last season before running into the buzzsaw that was eventual national champion Michigan. In their return to Sin City, the Tigers are part of a 24-team field that’s been split into two brackets.Auburn is in an eight-team field featuring Kansas, Florida, Houston, Notre Dame, Rutgers and UNLV.
