While the final scoreboard suggests they ran away with this one, it ended up being a little more troublesome than one might’ve thought. The Eagles were short-handed, and they actually had the lead early before Dallas finally pulled away at the end. Here are 10 thoughts on this much-needed Cowboys victory.1. Restored rushing attackThe ground game finally decided to show some life and give the offense some balance. The blocking upfront was outstanding, and the holes were plentiful. The Cowboys racked up over 200 yards rushing, with 155 coming courtesy of Javonte Williams, who finished the game with over six yards per carry, including the game’s final touchdown. It was a positive step forward for a rushing attack that had been missing in action over the previous few weeks.2. Stars a shiningWhile Williams set the tone on the ground by running the ball, Dak Prescott did a good job of distributing the ball. He finished the game with three touchdown passes. Two of those scoring strikes found the hands of CeeDee Lamb, while the other went to George Pickens. That touchdown grab by Pickens was amazing, as he adjusted his body, hauled down the pass, and kept both feet in bounds. He’s so incredible at bringing in difficult catches that very few receivers in this league can do.3. He filled the stat sheet, leading the team with five solo tackles, but his biggest play came when he dropped back in coverage and stepped in front of a Dallas Goedert pass and hauled in the interception. That was essentially the game-ender.4. Impactful QQuinnen Williams has been a disruptive force recently, and Monday night was no different.  He was a complete nightmare for the opposing blockers, consistently blowing up plays before they could develop. Williams finished a dominant performance with a sack and three tackles for a loss, routinely collapsing the pocket. He almost added another highlight by making what initially looked like a fourth-down stop, but he lined up a little too close to the center and got flagged for a penalty.5. The GoodsonThe team continues to roll without their All-Pro kick returner, who is recovering from a rib injury, but his absence hasn’t hurt the team. Backup running back Tyler Goodson has filled in nicely. While his return touchdown didn’t count, he showed some good explosiveness and has slowly put himself into the conversation as a useful tool for this team, on offense or even on special teams.6. Aubrey pinning them deepBrandon Aubrey continues to prove that his value extends beyond making field goals by weaponizing his kickoffs. He appears to have dialed in his dirty kicks, lining dri
