​Former Bergen Catholic first baseman Carsten Sabathia, who spent the past four years playing collegiate baseball at Georgia Tech and Houston, has inked his first pro contract.The 2022 BC graduate signed with the Milwaukee on July 21, which also happened to be the 46th birthday of his father, CC. The 6-foot-4, 240-pounder from Alpine played in 37 games for Houston this past spring, splitting his time between DH and first base.Sabathia finished second on the Cougars in slugging percentage during his second season with the school.
