Lehi made the 75-mile trek up north to take on a Weber team Friday that was riding a three-game win streak and putting up big offensive numbers in the process. But that didn’t faze the Pioneers. In front of a nearly sold-out crowd, Lehi used its swarming defense and a pair of special teams touchdowns to walk out with a 28-14 victory.“What a game,” Lehi head coach Andy Hadfield said with a smile after the contest. “Weber is a great program and a really good team, and we knew it was going to be a battle. I’m proud of our guys for hanging in and making big plays the entire night. “Every time we needed a big play, someone always came through. It was a total team effort.”
