While this area isn’t Milan’s top priority, Davide Bartesaghi remains a perfectly viable option, and Zachary Athekame has shown potential as a backup. Still, Milan will need another winger if they manage to offload Estupiñán without taking a heavy financial hit, which is easier said than done. If the club truly intends to overhaul its tactics and field a lineup with inverted wingers across the board, they should consider an offensive-minded option like Doué’s teammate Diego Moreira.
