​Los Angeles Rams star pass rusher Myles Garrett sat out his second straight day on Tuesday, August 11th, as the Rams started their joint practices with the Dallas Cowboys. Garrett missed the action on Monday and Tuesday, showing up in street clothes on Tuesday to watch the first-team defense go against the vaunted Cowboys offense. The defender is nursing swelling in his right knee and felt “85%” on Tuesday, with the Rams taking an overall careful approach to avoid anything more serious developing. “Nothing to worry about, so we’re erring on the side of being smart with him,” McVay told reporters. “Reggie [Scott, the team’s senior director of sports medicine and performance] and those guys do such a great job, and he is as tough as it gets.
