Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.For those who watch a lot of MLB games all at once on Sunday afternoons, something hilariously goofy happened for the Philadelphia Phillies’ Gabriel Rincones and the Chicago White Sox’s Munetaka Murakami within mere minutes of each other.Rincones and Murakami were playing in different games, and at different positions, but the sun and their sunglasses had them both in for an adventure.Murakami’s came in Toronto while playing first base against the Blue Jays. An Ernie Clement popup took him into foul territory, except he lost the ball in the sun.Murakami had sunglasses on the top of his hat, and he tried to grab them to use them in the middle of the play.He realized when he got them off his head that he didn’t have time, though, and so he tried to shield his eyes with his glove.The ball dropped foul a few feet away from him, and Clement eventually walked.MORE: The Braves let their pitcher hit, and it worked out surprisingly wellThen in Philadelphia, Rincones was in right field against the Mets, and he had a fly ball hit his way with one out and the bases loaded.Again, sun. Again, sunglasses on his hat. Everything looks a little different.
