Wimbledon: Who are the BBC commentators, pundits and presenters?

By admin — In News — July 10, 2026

Wimbledon is set to bid farewell to one of its most recognizable voices as commentator Andrew Castle exits the BBC. A former British No. 1 with a career-high ranking of 80, Castle played a key role in narrating some of the tournament’s most iconic moments, including Andy Murray’s 2013 triumph. The BBC confirmed that this year will be Castle’s last Wimbledon, marking more than two decades of service with the broadcaster, while also revealing a slate of new pundits joining the coverage for the Championships.
Among the fresh faces is Jamie Murray, a two-time Wimbledon mixed doubles champion, who will serve as the BBC’s dedicated analysis expert. Laura Robson, another former British No. 1, will also contribute to the on-air team. The channel will continue to rely on its familiar lineup of pundits, including Tim Henman, Annabel Croft, John McEnroe, Martina Navratilova, Pat Cash, and Tracy Austin, providing a blend of expertise and insight across the fortnight.
In addition to these returning personalities, the BBC announced the arrivals of several high-profile names: eight-time Grand Slam champion Andre Agassi and former Wimbledon runner-up Eugenie Bouchard will join the pundit roster. Clare Balding and Isa Guha will anchor the live coverage, guiding viewers through the action over the Wimbledon fortnight.
The lineup for commentators will feature a broad mix of voices, including Andrew Castle, Chris Bradnam, James Burridge, Naomi Cavaday, Matt Chilton, Andrew Cotter, Katherine Downes, Paul Hand, Abigail Johnson, Robbie Koenig, Nick Lester, Ronald McIntosh, Nick Mullins, Pete Odgers, Simon Reed, Andy Stevenson, and Jayant Mistry. The co-commentary team will include Pat Cash, Annabel Croft, Jo Durie, Colin Fleming, Dom Inglot, Anne Keothavong, Alicia Molik, Ryan Harrison, John Lloyd, Nick Monroe, Arvind Parmar, Louise Pleming, Sam Smith, Liz Smylie, Mel South, and Todd Woodbridge.
The presenter roster will feature Clare Balding and Isa Guha, with additional presenting support from others as the coverage unfolds. All of these changes come as Wimbledon prepares to deliver extended live coverage, analysis, and expert commentary for tennis fans around the world.
