The Denver Broncos entered training camp this week with 91 players on their offseason roster. Next month, the Broncos will need to finalize a 53-man roster following preseason. By our estimation, Denver has 38 “locks” for the 53-man roster this summer. If our list of locks is an accurate estimation, that would leave 53 players competing for the final 15 spots. After the active roster is set, the Broncos will build a 16- or 17-player practice squad. So around 21 or 22 players will be left without a spot in Denver. There is a caveat, of course, that the Broncos could make a surprise trade this summer. None of these players should be in danger of getting cut, though. Here’s the list:Broncos locks for 53-man rosterQB Bo NixRB J.K.
