Proud of the players and proud of the fans. We had a word today because when they travel in the numbers they did, you want to make sure they go home and that the drive back is a pleasant one.“I thought the performance deserved the result today.”Richardson on what pleased him about the performance“Just the collective, really. I thought the goals were all team goals, spread across different goalscorers, and there were some really strong individual performances within that as well.“You could see the work that’s come out of the international break and the training we’ve been doing. I see how hard they work, I see what they are together, and I can see what they can be.“Fingers crossed we can keep working hard, keep improving and keep getting days like that.”Richardson on whether it was a complete team performance“I think so. If you’re going to get a complete performance, it’s close to it.“Obviously, we didn’t quite get the clean sheet, but it’s something we’ll always look to improve on. Even today, there’s a lot that we can improve on and a lot that we can get better at.“We’ve got to make sure our bar is set and we keep pushing through that ceiling we create ourselves at Bearwood, because it’s a big place for us. It’s where we work hard, where we have those strong connections and, as the players said during the week, it’s where we practise our craft.“We want to make sure th
